On a day to day basis, if you could only name three tasks that had to be completed, what would they be?
The first task that I would say that had to be completed would be to post any Social Media posts that were scheduled for that day. This is because keeping all of Suttons Social medias up to date is key to keeping the audience engaged and interested in our business and helps to increase or brands awareness.
The next task I would say that had to be completed on a day to day basis would be to start, continue or finish a clients marketing Plan. This is because a marketing plan is important when progressing a client’s development plans so we want the plan to be the best we can deliver as a business.
The last task I would say had to be completed would be content creation. This is when I created contents such as posts, stories, and images for social media whether there relating to an event within the business or a social trend.
What is your favourite part about working with Sutton Hospitality?
My favourite part about working with Sutton Hospitality is the atmosphere within the office and between the staff. This is because everyone is so welcoming and kind but also all have a passion and drive with what they do, and everyone encourages and helps each other making it a great place to work and a great team to be a part of.
What would you say is the most challenging part?
I would say the most challenging part of my role is to anticipate peoples interests, what they would like to see and not see and the social trends as this heavily relates to whether what I post will gain a lot of engagement and popularity toward the business.
If you were given only ONE tool/piece of technology to do your job – which tool would it be and why did you pick it?
I would choose my laptop which has everything on it such as the software’s I use to create content and plans and all the information for clients so it’s especially important to my job role.
