Andy Sutton, founder of Sutton Hospitality Consultants lives and breathes hospitality and leisure – it has been his passion for 25 years. Andy’s portfolio includes household brands in the holiday and leisure park industry specialising in the development of greenfield sites, alternative accommodation and introducing his “Totally Managed” brainchild. Rebecca Fuesdale joined us as a Marketing Apprentice and has now progressed to Marketing Manager due to her commitment and eagerness to continuously develop her skills. She has experience in Photography, Art and Business and her knowledge and skills in these areas make her perfect for this role. Rebecca takes pride in her creative mind and passion to create which means the work she completes is always done to the best of her ability.
For the future Rebeccas aim is to gain more knowledge in the business side of SHC as well as continue to develop her marketing skills and corporate her passion for photography in this as well capturing great photoshoots for sites.
We know she will continue to be a massive asset to the team.
Nick joins the team with over 25 years of sales experience across a spectrum of industries, including property, wealth preservation and rewards programmes, with a focus on bringing new and inventive opportunities to the market.
Nick prides himself on his reputation of his word being his bond. Throughout his career his clients have followed him and taken his expert advice on opportunities that have enabled them to grow their businesses and personal wealth.
Nick is really looking forward to working with the Sutton team and assisting us in all things sales!
I am a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience providing a range of accountancy services to individuals and businesses on the South Coast. I pride myself in helping businesses plan and increase value for owners and stakeholders.
Over the last 25 years, 10 were spent as a partner in a large regional firm. My portfolio grew to one of the largest in the practice, due to my efficient and personal approach to client service. From an audit perspective, I have significant experience in providing this service to clients particularly in the property, technology, manufacturing and service industries. I have worked with a number of clients in providing finance director roles, helping businesses to raise capital, set up financial systems and assisting in exit strategies.
In my personal time I like to keep active and am a particularly keen cyclist. When I am not exercising you can normally find me socialising with friends and family. A progressive, experienced and innovative strategic leader and manager within local government, Damien has a proven track record in the field of economic regeneration and economic development, strategic housing and housing management, planning and building control, estates and asset management and culture spanning over 25 years working for local authorities across the UK.
Damien retired from Local Government in 2019 following a 30 year career which culminated in the appointment as Strategic Director for Regeneration and Environment at Rotherham Borough Council in 2016. He has a number of business interests including running his own regeneration and planning consultancy, and supplying wood fuel for domestic wood burning stoves.

With a background in hospitality, events and park promotion, Bella has over 20 years of experience working as an editor, publisher, PR, columnist, media consultant and influencer within the leisure industry. That has given her a clear, in-depth understanding of the sector’s promotional opportunities, trends and innovations.
In these roles she has often acted as a hotel inspector, park reviewer and undercover guest, fine-tuning the customer experience before national journalists were sent in for media reviews.
Prior to that, her early career was in local government development control and business development support to SME’s before specialising in marketing and communications.
That places her skillset perfectly at the heart of our team on the PR, content creation, customer experience and business development fronts.
She loves nothing more than visiting a park to write a feature for one of the many publications she also works with, and as the longstanding editor of the Ultimate Lodge Guide she has a real passion for innovative accommodation design.
In her spare time, she’s usually editing her photography, plotting her next UK road trip or eyeing up the next best UK Staycation destination to review.
Lauren’s experience is entirely revolved around providing excellent customer service, building and managing strong working relationships with clients comes as second nature! Previously working in Insurance, Lauren has always put customers at the heart of what she does, ensuring the best outcome for each individual.
Lauren is chatty and easy going, but a hard worker and no stranger to a fast paced environment making her perfect to maintain strong relationships with our client base.
Outside of work Lauren is passionate about beauty, always on hand with a makeup brush!

Charlotte has recently joined our team as a digital marketing apprentice. She has experience in business and marketing from the courses she completed in college and has used some of her own time to complete digital marketing courses to further her knowledge in a topic she is passionate about.
Charlotte is a very determined and creative person and always completes everything to the best of her ability.
Previously working in education Ashley has years of experience working in admin under her belt. Ashley is looking forward to using the skills she has gained from this to help the Sutton team achieve their goals. Ashley is sociable and friendly and is looking forward to working with her new colleagues and meeting new people. Outside of work Ashley is an animal lover and enjoys hiking in the countryside with her family and dogs.
Kevin Carr has worked in the supply chain with the management of operations for over a decade. He has a highly focused work ethic with a thorough understanding of logistics and working with KPIs to ensure good work productivity. Kevin is most proud of his outstanding people management skills and motivational leadership. With track record of successfully improving efficiency, reducing operating costs whilst increasing performance and success working in a fast-paced environment, Kevin is a great asset to our team. Ensuring clients requirements are met with high standards it’s at the forefront of Kevin’s role.
Kevin enjoys new projects and recently was part of a successful sustainability project in which he researched and established new ways of reusing goods and equipment. He is a strong believer in looking after the environment and avoiding the depletion of natural resources. Kevin loves all things outdoors and brings new ideas and insight to the business.
David comes to us with many years experience building digital services from the ground up for users with a range of accessibility needs. Working with well-established user-centred design techniques, pioneered by the Government Digital Service (GDS), David has worked with organisations ranging from local SMEs to large public and private sector organisations including the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Education, British Telecom and Yorkshire Water.
David joins the team to help build services to help our clients and customers get access to the information they need quickly, keep track of the progress of their orders as well as some ground-breaking work into giving our users the opportunity experience our work through cutting-edge technologies such as mobile apps, virtual and augmented reality.
