Andy Sutton, founder of Sutton Hospitality Consultants lives and breathes hospitality and leisure – it has been his passion for 25 years. Holly ‘s first degree was in Sports Business Management where she achieved a first class with honours and later went on to complete a MSc in Business with Management where she majored in Marketing Communication. During this course Holly participated in a project planning, creating and marketing a fully functioning E-commerce site in just 6 weeks. Since then Holly has designed websites for a variety of organisations including those in the Arboriculture and Smart Technology industries with great success.
Outside of work Holly is passionate about all things outdoors, and especially her Springer Spaniel and two horses.

David comes to us with many years experience building digital services from the ground up for users with a range of accessibility needs. Working with well-established user-centred design techniques, pioneered by the Government Digital Service (GDS), David has worked with organisations ranging from local SMEs to large public and private sector organisations including HM Revenue and Customs, Department for Education and Yorkshire Water.
David joins the team to help build services to help our clients and customers get access to the information they need quickly, keep track of the progress of their orders as well as some ground-breaking work into giving our users the opportunity to experience our work through cutting-edge technologies such as mobile apps, virtual and augmented reality.
Duncan Tilney is a planning and development solicitor working with landowners and park operators, advising on planning applications, including appeals and public inquiries. He concludes planning obligations (s106) and other infrastructure agreements to facilitate the grant of planning permission. Duncan has secured certificates of lawfulness for the development of residential park home schemes and both brings and defends judicial review claims in the High Court.
With a Master’s Degree in Mass Communications, Alex has worked as Marketing Executive for a 5* hotel and holiday park chain is therefore no stranger to the world of hospitality, leisure and hard work! After gaining years of experience, Alex then left to become Digital Campaign Manager for a Government business department, being responsible for general marketing, digital strategy and social media. At Sutton Hospitality Consultants, our fabulous multi-tasking Alex is responsible for ensuring that all the operational cogs are turning and that all projects are on track. With her amazing Social Media, sales and networking expertise, Alex is our ‘go-to gal’ for our clients’ social media campaigns… Instagram is her bag – and you will often find her taking obscure photographs ready to be uploaded to our Gallery, so please strike a pose!
I am a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience providing a range of accountancy services to individuals and businesses on the South Coast. I pride myself in helping businesses plan and increase value for owners and stakeholders.
Over the last 25 years, 10 were spent as a partner in a large regional firm. My portfolio grew to one of the largest in the practice, due to my efficient and personal approach to client service. From an audit perspective, I have significant experience in providing this service to clients particularly in the property, technology, manufacturing and service industries. I have worked with a number of clients in providing finance director roles, helping businesses to raise capital, set up financial systems and assisting in exit strategies.

Damien retired from Local Government in 2019 following a 30 year career which culminated in the appointment as Strategic Director for Regeneration and Environment at Rotherham Borough Council in 2016. He has a number of business interests including running his own regeneration and planning consultancy, and supplying wood fuel for domestic wood burning stoves.
