Andy Sutton, founder of Sutton Hospitality Consultants lives and breathes hospitality and leisure – it has been his passion for 25 years. His proven track record for achieving great results spanning the holiday park, leisure and theme park industry commands him enviable respect amongst his industry peers and competitors. No project is too small or too dauntingly large for Andy; whether in his wellies on an independent greenfield site in Snowdonia or ‘suited and booted’ in a Hilton property in Liverpool, you’re guaranteed sound professional advice, based on years of industry experience and knowledge.

Andy’s projects are built from the ground up; firm foundations and careful planning, land development with specialisms in Greenfield Site and Unique Accommodation. Taking a piece of land, planning, developing, building, sales, marketing and then selling an established park with an increase of 130% – all in only 3 years is one of Andy’s proudest achievements. With the mantra of “clients first” and the aim to exceed expectations every single time, Andy founded Sutton Hospitality Consultants, a premium all-in-one solution for hospitality and leisure brands across the UK and worldwide.

Andy’s hand-picked team specialises in all areas of business planning, finance management, on-site development, marketing and training and recruitment. Lauren is chatty and easy going, but a hard worker and no stranger to a fast paced environment.

Glenn Cavill

Architectural Design Consultant
I have a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years working on projects from leisure to commercial and residential for varied clients across the UK and Internationally. I excel in spatial awareness getting the most from either the site/existing building restraints or creating the most from a new designed space both visually and practically. We work alongside the best consultants available to achieve outstanding design approvals whilst using the latest in CAD and BIM software taking into account everything from available views, site topography, sun studies and both environmental and economical considerations. I have worked on many high end projects across the UK and Internationally from new build mansions, impressive farm/barn estate conversions, property extensions, villas and housing developments, leisure and eco-retreats, etc. achieving the highest level of finish.
I undertake all aspects of design and construction through initial concept stages, planning and building regulations to onsite construction, contract administration and interior design liaising with all required consultants.
I am Particularly adept at finding creative solutions to challenging buildings and sites, with an eye for exceptional detail and materiality alongside knowledge of associated standards and regulations.

Content Executive

With a Master’s Degree in Mass Communications, Alex has worked as Marketing Executive for a 5* hotel and holiday park chain is therefore no stranger to the world of hospitality, leisure and hard work! After gaining years of experience, Alex then left to become Digital Campaign Manager for a Government business department, being responsible for general marketing, digital strategy and social media. At Sutton Hospitality Consultants, our fabulous multi-tasking Alex is responsible for ensuring that all the operational cogs are turning and that all projects are on track. With her amazing Social Media, sales and networking expertise, Alex is our ‘go-to gal’ for our clients’ social media campaigns… Instagram is her bag – and you will often find her taking obscure photographs ready to be uploaded to our Gallery, so please strike a pose!

A progressive, experienced and innovative strategic leader and manager within local government, Damien has a proven track record in the field of economic regeneration and economic development, strategic housing and housing management, planning and building control, estates and asset management and culture spanning over 25 years working for local authorities across the UK. 

Damien retired from Local Government in 2019 following a 30 year career which culminated in the appointment as Strategic Director for Regeneration and Environment at Rotherham Borough Council in 2016. He has a number of business interests including running his own regeneration and planning consultancy, and supplying wood fuel for domestic wood burning stoves.

As a qualified tax advisor with over 25 years of experience, Hayley has extensive knowledge in a range of areas including VAT and SDLT in relation to land transactions and tax efficient investment vehicles as getting the ownership structure right from the start can help mitigate the tax consequences later. Hayley’s approach is to take time understanding what is needed and to then work quickly and efficiently to deliver on that need. 
Outside of tax, Hayley enjoys travel and staying active.

I am a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience providing a range of accountancy services to individuals and businesses on the South Coast. I pride myself in helping businesses plan and increase value for owners and stakeholders.

 

Over the last 25 years, 10 were spent as a partner in a large regional firm.  My portfolio grew to one of the largest in the practice, due to my efficient and personal approach to client service. From an audit perspective, I have significant experience in providing this service to clients particularly in the property, technology, manufacturing and service industries. I have worked with a number of clients in providing finance director roles, helping businesses to raise capital, set up financial systems and assisting in exit strategies.

 

In my personal time I like to keep active and am a particularly keen cyclist. When I am not exercising you can normally find me socialising with friends and family. Kevin enjoys new projects and recently was part of a successful sustainability project in which he researched and established new ways of reusing goods and equipment.  He is a strong believer in looking after the environment and avoiding the depletion of natural resources. Kevin loves all things outdoors and brings new ideas and insight to the business.

Dr. John Brown is a sole practitioner Barrister currently working alongside Sutton Hospitality Consultants. John has previously worked for businesses and local government clients working in commercial law and can offer a range of commercial services such as T&Cs review and drafting, GDPR advice, tendering advice, grant agreements, development agreements, shareholders agreements, confidentiality agreements, settlement agreements and commercial disputes. John is an ex serviceman and previously served in the RAF.
