After a very fruitful, successful and busy 2019, we can expect 2020 to be rewarding and exciting not only for our team here at HQ but for our clients too.
Our business moved to a larger premises, and we now employ a full time team of 7 in our North East head office, with relationships and partnerships around the UK, from suppliers, to designers and everything in between!
We have A large number of projects beginning build stage the first quarter of the year, with Several projects almost complete! As well as offering the full consultancy service, planning and build, we also market the new sites and assist with selling the lodges or placing them on a holiday rental platform. This may consist of advertising the lodges in local publications, or using holiday staycation websites to advertise yearly deals.
There will be a number of investor projects kicking off this year, whereby we (and our investor partner) will be funding projects on behalf of landowners that will result in a split profit. Over the last decade, the hospitality industry has seen a dramatic growth in the uk staycation and in this new decade it’s set to overtake this again and we would always say to anyone with land just to pick up phone and have a friendly chat with us, you never know where it might end up.
